This kit works with MK4/5/6/7 vehicles with 100mm axles in need of improved geometry from lifting or aggressive lowering. *One kit per side

This spacer kit has proven to be a cost effective way to correct for the axle geometry when lifting or aggressive lowering for a wide array of VW/Audi vehicles.

Our kit includes full color install instructions and can be done without removal of the entire axle, thus making for a very straightforward install, especially during the lift kit install process,

Please note - If your axle is damaged or past it's mechanical limits, noise, binding, or vibration could still be a concern. At this point we suggest axle replacement.

*Does not fit Mk5/6/7 TDI vehicles. Click here for that version.

Axle Spacer Measuring Guide

The outside diameter of the inner axle joint is the dimension listed for our axle spacers (100mm, 108mm, 119mm, 123mm). To determine this measurement first look to see if your inner joint is cylindrical or if it has a 6 point star shape. If cylindrical you either have a 100mm or 108mm. If star shaped you either have a 119mm or 123mm.

With the axles installed in the vehicle:

To determine the diameter of your cylindrical inner CV joint (again 100mm or 108mm) we suggest the following:

Using a piece of non-stretchable string or wire, wrap it around the inner CV joint where the joint mates with the flange. Mark the string where it meets itself. Measure between your marks with the string/wire laid out straight on a table, this will provide you with the circumference.

100mm axle joint circumference: 314.16mm or 12.36”

108mm axle joint circumference: 339.29mm or 13.36”

The same can be done for star shaped inner CVs however the measurement is less accurate because the joint is not cylindrical and your measurement may be up to ¼” less than the circumferences listed below. Circumferences for these axle joints would be as follows:

119mm axle joint circumference: 373.85mm or 14.72”

123mm axle joint circumference: 386.42mm or 15.21”

With the axles removed from the vehicle:

Measuring the diameter of the end of the axle joint (across the end of the joint with a tape measure would result in the following measurements:100mm or 3.94”

108mm or 4.25”

119mm or 4.67”

123mm or 4.84”

Lastly you can measure from the center of one axle bolt hole to the center of the opposite side bolt hole. These measurements are as follows:

100mm 86.5mm or 3.4”

108mm 93.97mm or 3.7”

119mm 100.15mm or 3.94”

123mm 104mm or 4.1”
