Refund policy
To inquire about a return please contact sales@b2bfab.com and let us know the details of why you are interested in a return. We may be able to help with questions on fitment, compatibility, or pricing. Contact must be made regarding return within 30 days of the original purchase. No returns are eligible without a RMA number issued by B2BFAB. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the return package. Any product that is sent back without a RMA number will be refused.
- Item(s) purchased more than 30 days from the RMA request are not eligible for return.
- Any special order item(s), apparel, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Used, installed, test fit, or damaged item(s) are not eligible for return.
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping
Once the return has been approved and RMA number has been issued we can dispatch a call tag to return the product or you may ship the item back via your preferred method. The cost of B2BFAB issued call tags will be deducted from your refund amount. Please ship approved returns to - 773 Kiamensi Road, Newport DE 19804, United States.
All returns are inspected upon delivery. If the items are damaged or not as described they may not eligible for refund.
RefundsOnce approved, refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow a few days for the money to arrive. If you do not see the funds within 4 days time please contact us at sales@b2bfab.com.
